Eric Pacuit: Logics of Rational Interaction

Description of the tutorial:

Many logical systems today describe rational agents interacting over time. These logics focus on different aspects of rational agency: informational attitudes (eg. knowledge, beliefs, certainty), motivational attitudes (eg. preferences, intentions, goals), group attitudes (eg. common knowledge, group preferences) and dynamics (eg., observations, revisions). In this tutorial, we will explore these different logical frameworks focusing on the main conceptual and technical issues.

Biographical Note.
